🎵 Multi-Course and Family Discount

We’re pleased to offer our Multi-Course Discount to support individual enrolling more than one programme and families learning music together. If two or more courses are booked by the same family in the same season, you may be eligible for a refund — simply let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.

👨‍👩‍👧 Who is this for?

This discount applies to an individual applying for more than one course and immediate family members — siblings, parents, and children — who register for eligible courses during the same season.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 What is a "season"?

We divide the academic year into three seasons, each covering two school terms:

  • Winter Season: Term 1 and Term 2

  • Spring Season: Term 3 and Term 4

  • Summer Season: Term 5 and Term 6

Each season is counted separately for discount purposes.

✅ What counts as an eligible registration?

To qualify:

  • The course must be registered and paid in full

  • The course must be at least £100 in value

Eligible registrations include:

  • Whole-term bookings for weekly/fortnightly individual instrumental or singing lessons (*we only accept whole-term bookings for these)

  • Any group course series, including our children’s choir

Not eligible:

  • Trial lessons

  • One-off events (e.g. concerts)

  • One-time drop-in classes

Note:
If a student registers for the same course or same type of individual lesson across both terms in the same season (e.g. Beginner Piano Group in Term 1 and again in Term 2), this still counts as one registration for the purposes of this discount.

In some cases, two family members may receive back-to-back individual lessons at home and be billed using a combined family rate. When this happens, we will count this setup as one registration for the purposes of the Family Saver Discount.

💸 How much is the discount?

At the end of each season, we’ll total up your family’s eligible registrations and issue a refund as follows:

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method after the end of each season.

✉️ How to redeem

  • You do not need to email us for your first registration

  • From your second course onward, please email us with:

    • The names of all students, and

    • The courses they’ve registered for

If you add more courses later in the season (e.g. a third or fourth course), simply email again to update us. This helps us keep an accurate record for your refund.

Deadline to notify us:

  • Winter Season – by the last day of Term 2 (i.e. 19 Dec 2025)

  • Spring Season – by the last day of Term 4 (i.e. 27 Mar 2026)

  • Summer Season – by the last day of Term 6 (i.e. 17 Jul 2026)

🤝 Can this be used with other offers?

Yes — you can combine the Family Saver Discount with our Referral Credit Programme.

Please note:

  • Referral Credit is £10 per new student referred (only one credit per new student)

  • Family Saver Discount is based on the number of eligible course registrations, even if the same student is enrolled in multiple programmes
