Our Online Open Lesson Slots are a pilot campaign offering a flexible way to book individual online music lessons without committing to the same lesson time each week or booking a full term in advance.

Available Online Open Lesson Slots are released around 7 days in advance.
Most slots are available before 3:30pm on weekdays, when our teachers may have availability between their regular teaching commitments. Later times may occasionally become available following changes or cancellations, but these are expected to be limited.

- Choose a suitable lesson and time.
- Book and pay online.
- Receive confirmation of your lesson.
Availability varies each week, and we cannot guarantee the same lesson time or teacher.
Pilot Campaign and Special Rates
Online Open Lesson Slots are currently offered at special pilot rates: £40 for 30 minutes and £54 for 60 minutes.
As this is a pilot campaign, availability and pricing may be reviewed, and the campaign may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time.
No further discounts or promotional offers apply, including Multi Course Discount and Referral Programme discounts.
Open Slots or Regular Lessons?
Online Open Lesson Slots are designed for flexibility and may suit adults whose work or other commitments make a fixed weekly schedule difficult.
They do not reserve an ongoing lesson time or availability of the same teacher.

Important Information About Your Booking
Online Open Lesson Slots are booked and paid for individually through our online booking system.
Please make sure you have access to a piano, as well as a device with a microphone and speaker, so you can take part in the online lesson via Zoom.
Once your lesson is booked and fully paid, you will receive an email before the lesson with the Zoom link and joining details.
Once booked, lessons cannot be rescheduled and no refund will be provided for lessons not attended.
Technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Where a significant part of a lesson cannot reasonably be delivered due to technical difficulties, we will review the circumstances on a case by case basis and may, where appropriate, offer additional lesson time, a makeup lesson, credit or a refund.
